At Thrive Academy, we believe in the power of personalized education, we understand that every student has unique needs and abilities, we prioritize individualized instruction and evidence-based strategies. We provide an integrated wraparound service model. In traditional school settings, supports often exists in isolation. At Thrive, we intentionally connect academics with in-house behavioral therapy, occupational therapy, and individualized support plans. Our teachers, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and occupational therapists work side-by-side, making every classroom a collaborative space where goals are aligned and progress is continuously shared.
This unified approach allows us to respond in real time when a student needs support with communication, sensory regulation, or attention. Teachers adjust their strategies, behavior analysts create targeted interventions, and occupational therapists introduce sensory tools or motor activities, all within the classroom setting. It’s not about pull-outs or separate sessions, it’s about creating a consistent, inclusive environment that fosters meaningful growth throughout the day. Thrive Academy is committed to providing a well-rounded educational experience that prepares students for life beyond school.
